Exchange and refund
1Carefully pack the product in its original packaging in the complete package (the products supplied in the package must also be returned in the package).

Reasons for the return and exchange of goods
The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (the Goods are returned if the specified Goods were not in use, their consumer properties, factory labels, presentation, etc. are preserved), without giving reasons, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Goods directly from the seller or persons representing the Seller.
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998 approved the "List of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar Goods of a different size, shape, and style."
This list indicates that it is impossible to return Goods of proper quality with individually determined properties if such Goods can only be used by the consumer who purchases them.
To return the product, you must provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application for the return of the product.

If the Goods are transferred to you with partial non-compliance or violation of the terms of the Order due to the Seller's fault regarding the assortment, completeness, quantity of Goods, you have the right to notify the Seller (no later than seven calendar days after receipt) of these violations and request their elimination.
You also have the right to refuse the goods and refund the money paid. In this case, the Product must be returned to the Seller while maintaining its original presentation, its consumer properties, seals, and factory labels.
